This class will focus on painting water, reflections, clouds and trees in the color saturated IMPRESSIONISTIC style of CLAUDE MONET. I will provide small sheets of sanded pastel paper for the class to work on. Please bring any pastels that you love to work with. This is a fun class and you need no experience to paint like a FRENCH MASTER! We will paint with pastels in lush layers to create luminous colorful paintings, using complimentary colors and vibrating analogous hues like Monet in his epic series, "The Waterlilies."  This class is about discovering the "Visual pleasure" of painting freely, leaving realism nearly behind.
