Plein Air Painting at Saguaro Lake Ranch: Mitch Baird I Off-Site I Workshop I Oil

Come and paint with Mitch Baird at historic Saguaro Lake Ranch, which is located on the banks of the Salt River in the shadow of the majestic Bulldog Cliffs. Mitch will cover concepts of learning to optically “see” the subject and interpret those visual elements in order to execute the subject onto canvas. The fundamental principles of painting - composition, drawing, value, color and edges – will be discussed along with a special emphasis on atmosphere and light.
