Catherine Gill has lived and worked in the Pacific Northwest for over 20 years. She paints on location in watercolor, oil and pastel, works in various printmaking techniques, creates artwork for public art sites and teaches out of her studio in the Georgetown area of Seattle. She conducts painting and printmaking workshops all over the U.S. and abroad and is actively involved in many community art projects for adults and youth. Gill is co-founder of Art Partners International, a group that conducts international cultural exchanges and is a board member of the American Academy of Women Artists. She is a member of Seattle Print Arts, Women Painters of Washington and Northwest Watercolor Society. Gill’s work was featured in the July 2004 issue of The Artist’s Magazine.
