Leslie B. DeMille has created thousands of portraits, including works of former presidents Reagan and Nixon and celebrities including Arnold Palmer, Bob Hope, and Tiger Woods. A relative of the late film director Cecil B. DeMille, he has been teaching portraiture for over 40 years and has been an instructor at Scottsdale Artists' School since 1984. DeMille is author of three books on pastels, hosted the TV series “Portraits in Pastels," and has been featured in many magazine publications. He is a Fellow of the American Artists Professional League, an advisory board member of the Pastel Society of the West Coast, and a member of Salmagundi Club and the Pastel Society of America.
