Jean Grastorf
Jean Grastorf Jean Grastorf is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology and studied printmaking and papermaking at the State University of New York at Alfred. Grastorf is a Signature Member of the American, National, Midwest and Rocky Mountain Watermedia Societies. In 2007 she was awarded the Walser Greathouse Medal from the American Watercolor Society, and served on the Jury of Selection for the National Watercolor Society. Her work is included in the permanent collections of the National Watercolor Society, Florida International University, and the Neville Public Museum in Green Bay, WI. Grastorf has been featured in numerous magazines and books, including Northlight’s 2007 publication, Finding Your Visual Voice. She is the author of Pouring Light: Layering Transparent Watercolor. A resident of Florida, Grastorf’s work can be viewed at the Vincent-William Gallery, St. Pete Beach, FL.
