ONLINE BIDDING RULES

As this auction is to benefit our non-profit Scottsdale Artists' School, a minimum bid of 25% of the retail value of the artwork has been established, with minimum raises of 10% of the retail value. Close out bids are available at a value of 50% above retail. In the event that there are more than one close-out bids on a single piece, a drawing will be held on site to determine the winner the evening of Beaux Arts. Winners need not be present to win.

Absentee bids will be accepted until Saturday, April 26 at 12:00 noon. Winners will be notified by phone and, if that is unsuccessful, by mail or e-mail. The Scottsdale Artists' School reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. As this event is a fundraiser, there will be No Refunds. Note: A tax-deductible donation can be taken by a winning bidder only on a bid amount greater than the retail value of the artwork. Scottsdale Artists' School will forward a receipt should this occur. Shipping is not included.
